- If you have a corporate T&E card, please contact Citibank at (800)248-4553 and let them know that you will be traveling so your card does not get picked up for fraud.
- Make sure your corporate card is open and is in good standing. Review your credit limit and if you will need an increase, please request one via Credit Card Services > Credit Card Limit Updates.
- Ensure your passport is valid for the next six (6) months before entering a country and ensure you have two (2) pages of the passport empty
- Obtain required Visas as required before departing for travel
- Obtain foreign currency prior to departing the USA
- Check into your flight online 24 hours prior to departure
- Confirm hotel reservations prior to trip
- Confirm with our Telecom group regarding the international calling plan to use the phone while overseas
- Be aware of any medical requirements needed prior to travel
- Ensure emergency numbers are handy at all times (NBCU Security/Office Numbers)
- Always know where/how to contact the American Embassies
